Charity Franklin – Director of Human Resources, TRM NRE
Charity Franklin is the Director of Human Resources at TRM NRE, a role she has held since May 2024. With a strong educational background, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands and a Master of Science in Human Resources with a focus on Leadership from Northeastern University.
Charity brings deep expertise to her position, holding a Senior Certified Professional Certification through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also demonstrates her leadership beyond the workplace by serving as President of the Midwest Kentucky SHRM chapter and as a volunteer leader for KY SHRM.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Charity enjoys spending time with her family and friends, embracing a balance between her career and personal life.
