Katie Drumm is the Director of Human Resources at TRM NRE, bringing extensive experience leading HR strategy across multi-state operations in both union and non-union environments. She specializes in aligning human capital initiatives with business objectives and has expertise in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll, and HR systems.
Katie is known for her strong internal customer service approach, partnering closely with employees and leadership to deliver practical, responsive HR solutions that support both people and operational performance. She has a proven ability to strengthen HR functions, streamline processes, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, support frontline operations, and drive organizational effectiveness.
She holds a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management Systems from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
